My Car Consultant (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. ("MCC"} would like to introduce our Motor Vehicle Warranty (the "Warranty"), which is the largest warranty workshop in Singapore. A summary of this Warranty is as follows:
- Pre-Owned Vehicles. Pre-Owned vehicles are also eligible for the Warranty. We are the one of the very few workshops to offer such a Warranty programme for Pre-Owned vehicles.
- Only available at MCC. All servicing and repairs must be done exclusively at MCC for the Warranty to remain valid.
- No credit terms. The Motor Vehicle Warranty will only be operative and valid after payment has been received. No credit terms are allowed.
- Coverage. Coverage of the Motor Vehicle Warranty is one of the widest on the market and will therefore be incredibly attractive to customers. Such coverage extends not only to the vehicle engine and gearbox, but also to air conditioning, electrical motors, cooling systems and other parts. Full details are overleaf.
- Cost-free repair. All vehicle repair costs incurred while under the Motor Vehicle Warranty are wholly cost-free. Warranty purchasers do not need to pay any labour fees.
- Pre-warranty Inspection. Before the Warranty becomes operative, a prospective vehicle must be sent to a MCC-appointed inspection workshop for evaluation to ensure that the car does not have any pre-existing conditions. Any such pre-existing conditions discovered during the inspection will be noted by said workshop and MCC. Should the vehicle owner choose not to resolve this pre-existing condition, the affected vehicle parts will be excluded from the coverage of the Motor Vehicle Warranty.
- New vehicles and documents required. In respect of new vehicles, Warranty coverage and premiums will be calculated with reference to the vehicle registration date. A pre-warranty inspection is not required for new vehicles (save as otherwise decided by MCC). The documents required are as follows: Completed Warranty Form, Vehicle Information, Owner NRIC. Evaluation is not required for new cars.
- Pre-owned vehicles and documents required. For pre-owned vehicles, Warranty coverage is based on date of transfer of ownership. The documents required are as follows: Completed Warranty Form, Vehicle Log Card, Owner NRIC and evaluation report (only valid for 14 days from date of evaluation).
- Existing Vehicles Owners. For existing vehicles owner, Warranty coverage is based on checklist. The documents required are as follows: Completed Warranty Form, Vehicle Information, Owner NRIC and evaluation checklist (only valid for 14 days from date of evaluation).
